At Wild Side Scoops, we sell mystery scoop products. Because the contents of each scoop are a surprise, all purchases are considered final unless an item is defective or damaged.
No Refunds for Mystery Contents
By purchasing a mystery scoop, you acknowledge that the items are randomly selected. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with the items received.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Chargebacks
By completing a purchase with Wild Side Scoops, customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes due to dissatisfaction with mystery scoop contents. Doing so may result in refusal of future service.
